Let’s talk about how to play a graduation party even if it won’t be able to happen for a few months. Make sure it is at least a month before so your guests will have time to prepare for the party itself. Tents need to be ordered around this time as well.
Three to four weeks before the party, finalize the guest list so you can begin sending out printed invitations. Then about two-to-three weeks before the party, it’s time to focus on other priorities. You’ll need to organize party supplies, grocery lists, and smaller items that aren’t as large and thus don’t need as much turnaround time.
In the last few days, you’ll have some last-minute planning to do. Clean the house, get all of the food ready, and put up the decorations. Following this schedule should keep you on track for an enjoyable party. In the meantime, you’ll have something to look forward to, even in these uncertain and frightening times.
