Gabriel B Maddox Sr. traveled to Baltimore from Augusta, GA in 1907 and opened a small family owned print shop servicing to the Baltimore community. Nearly half a century later in 1954, Gabriel B. Maddox’s sons, Al Maddox Sr. and Frank Maddox. Sr. opened Time Printers on the west side of Baltimore. Six of Al Sr.’s seven children are partners in the business today.
